We aim to assist all kinds of travelers, Whether your itineraries or requests are complex or easy. It can be helping you with the whole trip or just the flight, accommodation or activity. In our featured destinations we have personal experience and particular good knowledge to share. You can contact us with your needs and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If we can assist, a minimum fee will be charged. The total price of the service will depend on the amount of research needed. An estimate will always be provided and both parties agree before we proceed.

From A to B, perhaps via C and D, on to Z
If finding a convenient flight, train, bus, airport transport, car rental etc. to your destination is difficult; let us look for you! Often it can be cheaper and more convenient to break up a journey into several legs, on different reservations, than finding a direct service. Flying out with one company and returning with another can often be the best option. The search engines often don’t find them automatically and often don't include all costs. If you wish to stop somewhere on the way, this can often be arranged.

We have traveled extensively across the globe and lived in many countries on different continents, and we can assist you with your needs in many locations. Complaints and grievances
Goodlifetravelling can assist you with writing a complaint to an airline, or another service provider if you were dissatisfied. For instance, if the airline failed to provide meal-vouchers or compensation during a long delay, we can assist you formulating a complaint. The rules are often complex, and a polite letter explaining the (legal) situation is often a good strategy. If you provide the facts and the needed documentation, Goodlifetravelling will advice whether the complaint has a chance of obtaining more than a polite rejection from the service provider. We can also advice if there is a possibility of using official complaint mechanisms, such as the Civil Aviation Authority in the UK or in other countries.
